Ability to move heavy objects
At least 1 year of experience with apartment maintenance¨
Availability to work flexible hours¨
Good time management skills¨
Ability to speak EnglishÂ
Able to supply own tools
Appliance repair knowledge¨
EPA certified for refrigerants¨
Have a valid Texas Driver's License and valid insurance¨
Have a functioning vehicle嬬
