Real Estate Agent, Apartment Locator
We are looking for excited, motivated individuals to join our quickly growing real estate company. Agents will work individually and as a team to promote and support each other and help our clients. We support our agents with the tools, sales training, and market knowledge they need to become rock star realtors!
Education/Experience:
Minimum One Year Real Estate experience
Must be a licensed realtor in the State of Texas
Highschool diploma required
Skills Required:
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to produce and close self generated leads
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to form solid professional relationships with clients
Familiarity and professionalism with social media
Ability to manage several clients at once while providing expedient service
Ability to maintain a strong personal drive with a positive attitude to effectively execute the responsibilities of an apartment locator
Job Function:
Provide clients with their ideal apartment homes based on criteria they provide
Use CRM and tools to drive sales
Create own leads and close own sales
Work with top producing real estate agents
Take clients on tours of apartments

Leads
80/20 split for personal leads
50/50 split for Fancy leads (qualified company leads)
100% commission for your own move in your apartment
100% commission on one personal lead a quarter
Multiples office spaces downtown is available
