Job Title: Real Estate Sales (selling property owned by the company)
Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time / Mon-Fri / 9am-5pm
$200 "Signing Bonus"
We are a real estate investment company, with several offices in the US and now expanding in Houston. Our owners have more than 80 years combined Real Estate Experience
Experience Level: NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED - We Will Train You - Spanish Speaking Required
No Cold Calling, No Out Bound Calling - All Sales are by people calling in from signs we have on properties
We teach you how to turn interested callers into buyers. Salary + Sales Bonus + Company Wide Bonus + Paid Holidays - Paid Sick Leave
Spanish Speaker is Required
Experience with Word, Excel, Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc. is good but not required - THIS we can teach - but if you have experience, it is a positive.
