Qualifications: ·Candidates need eComm, OMS or Supply Chain exp ·Agile management & methodologies, ·Experience writing user stories and epics ·Experience using Jira and Confluence for managing user stories and epics ·Will work with UI/UX team and business stakeholders to document requirements ·Serves as the liaison between the customer community and the software development team via clearly documented functional, system and process requirements. ·Work with client/stakeholders to obtain requirements through interviews, document analysis, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, workflow analysis and use cases. ·Evaluate information from multiple sources to develop an understanding of the client’s business requests and needs and translates them into application and operational requirements. ·Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to lead a project or group.
