Location: Houston, Texas (90% remote, onsite occasionally)

Apex Systems looking for a Cloud Engineer who will focus on offering operational support for our infrastructure team. This employee provides assistance and technical expertise.
This role will need to be able to do the following:
• Experience with the core Azure services.
• Experience with migration of On-Premises Exchange Services to Exchange Online.
• Experience with Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint Online administration.
• Proficiency in at least PowerShell and familiarity with the others:?JavaScript and Python
• Strong notions of security best practices and practical implementation experience
• Experience with monitoring solutions in the M365/Azure environment.
• Previous exposure to large-scale systems design.
• Ability to troubleshoot distributed systems.
• Knowledge of writing infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Experience with building or maintaining cloud-native applications.
Nice to haves skills/technologies:
Microsoft M365/Azure certifications are a plus
