As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that project delivery objectives are achieved in accordance with established business goals and requirements.
This role will work closely with all business and technology departments to coordinate and track numerous technical and non-technical tasks related to project scope. In this role, you will have the opportunity to facilitate and direct activities to deliver projects according to established time, scope and quality objectives while managing issues, risks and dependencies throughout. Experience in healthcare/health plan industry is beneficial.

Job Details
Must Haves:
VPBBA or BS in Business administration, Mgmt. Information Systems or relevant domain required, Master's degree preferred
PMP required in Project Management or relevant domain
8+ Years Managing Technical Projects and/or Software Implementations
Responsibilities:
Manage Triple Constraint (time, scope and money) (through charter creation and maintenance)
Resource identification and coordination (RACI)
Matrix management & virtual team mgmt.
Plan creation and organization (project plan)
Identification of milestones deliverables and tasks (project plan)
Change management (change requests, governance)
Identification, analysis, tracking and mitigation of issues, risks and dependencies (IRAAD)
Maintain project level reporting, stakeholder management, communication plans (project status)
Maintain organized structure of project library (sharepoint)
Ensure proper project closure, transition to steady state (lessons learned, policy & procedure development, communication releases, etc)
Interface with internal and external teams
Lead Implementation Team
Pro-active project management of tasks
