Location: Houston, TX Description: Our client is currently seeking a Talent Sourcer
Minimum Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent
2 years of successful work experience as a Talent Sourcing Specialist, Recruiter Sourcer or similar role where advance sourcing strategies were applied to recruit talent.
Experience leveraging sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed.com, CareerBuilder, and Glassdoor.
Experience leveraging social media for recruitment (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, Human Resources discipline
4 years of successful work experience as a Talent Sourcing Specialist, Recruiter Sourcer or similar role where advance sourcing strategies were applied to recruit talent.
Experience sourcing diverse talent.
Experience creating military and veteran sourcing strategies.
Experience working with colleges and universities to source talent.
Experience in one or all of the following sourcing techniques: FlipSearching, XRaying, PowerSearch, ZoomInfo
AIRS Certification: CIR, ACIR, CDR, and/or CSSR
Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and Candidate Management Systems (CMSs), SAP SuccessFactors
