JOB SUMMARY
The IT Digital Security & Compliance Manager is responsible for managing a team focused on improving IT Security processes and technologies to protect company systems and data while ensuring IT internal controls and SOX compliance. This may include selection and implementation of new tools and architectures or designing new processes and developing automations.
This is a hands-on technical leadership role responsible for leading a team of 3 security and compliance analysts, with primary responsibility for the design and management of the IT cybersecurity roadmap, technologies, software, and compliance solutions as well as the analysis of the enterprise to identify and recommend opportunities for improvement.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems Management, Computer Science or related field preferred
• 15+ years overall experience with 7+ years of demonstrated performance leading digital security and IT compliance initiatives.
• Experience in the strategic design and implementation of tools and processes to mitigate risks involved throughout the entire network and implementing technical solutions to harden security on company assets.
• Managing and leading company-wide Cyber Security awareness training programs
• Ensuring all security policies are compliant with NIST standards and policies.
• Experience with cloud security platforms such as Netskope and Cloud App Security / CASB, strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with Fortinet FortiNAC, strongly preferred
• Strong working knowledge and experience with Cyber Kill Chain, leading products and services in the security field.
• Hands-on experience and knowledge of SOX and IT compliance
• Desire for continuous improvement of the digital security ecosystem
• Strong analytical ability and disciplined approach to problem solving.
• Exceptional professional judgment to manage confidential data/information.
• Strong desire for accelerated results
• Proven leadership skills in a highly technical environment.
• Understanding of key business processes
• Work Conditions: Position is located at the corporate office. Work is conducted in a semi-private office/cubicle setting.
• Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Some flexibility in hours is allowed, but the employee must be available during the core work hours of 9:30 am to 3:30 pm

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage a team of IT Security/Compliance Analysts to ensure they are working effectively, on the top priorities, from groomed backlog
• Drives Cyber Security Roadmap, collaborate and define data policies,
• Develops, installs, tests and manages security software components
• Ensures solutions align with both long- and short-term organizational objectives
• Collaborates with end users to determine and support software needs
• Analyzes performance of new and current IT solutions and makes recommendations
• Resolves user issues and responds to suggestions for improvements and enhancements of systems and processes throughout the organization
• Creates solutions that automate processes for various systems and workflows
• Adapts to changing technologies and resolves any issues arising from integrating new technologies with existing applications
• Automates and writes software for IT compliance
