OUTSIDE SALES CONSTRUCTION REP (WANTED)
Looking for an, experienced outside sales rep to work with a fast-growing Construction Company. Must be a self-motivator and, willing to maximize their time and skills. This is a commission base position with no limits on the earning. We are looking to hire ASAP
General Summary: The sales Representative is responsible for developing new markets and business opportunities with new and or existing customers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Qualifying new leads and prospects.
Establish contacts, with the following targeted accounts: Realtors, Insurance Companies, Interior Designers, Commercial and Residential, Property managers, and Architects.
Responsible for all follow-up calls to clients during the project and after completion.
Help prepare proposals and work orders.
Attend project meetings to assure the clients are happy.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge of construction industry.
5 to10 years outside sales experience.
Background in Residential & Commercial Construction.
Skilled with phone marketing and direct sales contacts.
Communication skills, written & verbal.
Must have great organizational skills.
Time management skills a must.
Must be able to work independently.
Must have vehicle.
Education and Experience:
Must have a High School Degree, and a background in sales and marketing in the construction industry. Desirable, but not required.
