We are hiring enthusiastic Christians who are interested in turning their passion for Jesus into a new career. Our ideal candidate is not a career sales person but someone who has real world business experience selling non tangible services, preferably through their own company.
This position lets you be your own boss and make your own hours, it is 100% Commission based. You receive 20% of all money collected on the initial order and 10% for Renewals and future orders above and beyond the initial order as long as you are with our Company and Service the Accounts.
Membership Sales Executive Expectations and Career Description
A successful Outside Sales Executive possesses the ability to thoroughly explain the Benefits of Ministries and Christian Schools Promoting our Subscriptions. This is a great opportunity to make a Commission of 20% on Sales made by you for all initial orders. We are looking for people with experience and the ability to convert Ministries and Christian Schools into Partners with our Channel. The Candidate must be able to âcloseâ the deal!
An entrepreneurial spirit is paramount. We feel that the most successful Candidates will be not only good Sales Executives but also well-rounded business professionals many of whom have owned their own businesses.
A good background in sales is crucial, the ability to communicate is crucial and the ability to close a deal is required.
All applicants must be computer literate with experience using Microsoft Office and some type of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) program.
Relentless customer follow-up skills are a must. This will be handled over the phone and via email, so exceptional oral and written communication skills are required.
In addition to the company generated leads provided, Inside Outside Membership Sales Executives are responsible for proactive lead generation. You will be required to take face to face meetings in your area. Networking and Guerilla Marketing experience is a must.
Continuous interaction with Pastors is required. The most inexpensive and highest quality leads come by way of referrals.
Compensation: Commissions
