    Architects solutions, help develop User Experience Analytics reports to detect customer journey issues.

    Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
    Must Have Skills
  • Subject Matter Expertise with proven production experience in core Javascricpt with tools like Glassbox, Tealeaf, Quantum Metrics
  • Expertise in AWS Cloudformation, Jenkins, Ansible , AWS Linux server farm handling to ensure 100% uptime.
    • Differentiators
  • Proven expertise of Customer Experience and Application Performance monitoring solutions like Tealeaf, Glassbox, new Relic , Wiley and Alert Site is a prerequisite. Experience handling similar systems for fortune 100 organizations is preferred.
    • 2 Experience monitoring and analyzing session data to understand customer behavior and identify site issues that are adversely impacting conversion.
