BPM Skills (Must have)

  • In-depth knowledge on IBM BPM/BAW product (Cloud/On-Premise), Blueworks Live with BPM Dev
  • best practices and design patterns
  • Excellent knowledge on internal APIs and JS scripting in BPM
  • Business modelling skills w.r.t Flows/Activities/Event Handling/Data Modelling/Scripting
  • BPM Admin and Deployment strategies and know-hows; Good UI/Coach/Views skills
  • Integration know-hows over REST/WSDL technologies

Cross functional skills (good to have)
  • Microservices architecture, its best practices and full stack high level conceptual knowledge
  • Azure Cloud components know-hows
  • Dev Ops concepts and prior experience - good to have
  • Version and Source Control tools
  • Java/.NET/node JS/JavaScript - or similar supporting technology
  • Docker and Kubernetes
  • Database and good knowledge on writing medium to complex level queries
  • Postman or other similar tools

Project Skills -
  • Ability to work in a large team onsite / offshore model
  • Ability to work with other tech leads for feature analysis and implementation
  • Agile delivery method

Problem Solving Skills -
  • Excellent issue identification/analysis/fix development skills using inspector/logs and other means
Implementation strategies w.r.t to snapshots and tracks
