Outstanding opportunity for a Senior Java Developer with Salesforce experience to work with one of our Dallas-area clients. You will be responsible for configuring and building-out technical solutions for our client's Salesforce platform. You will work closely with business partners and technical team members to review and analyze CRM requirements; develop API's; create and maintain solution design specifications to create new functionality in Salesforce.com platform and to enhance/fix existing functionality; and, configure/build new and enhanced functionality in the Salesforce.com platform using declarative and/or programmatic solutions. You'll plan and execute data mapping and conversion activities in Salesforce.com projects and design and implement Salesforce.com integration with external applications and systems. Will also provide Level 2 Salesforce.com platform day-to-day support and maintenance as needed in areas including deployments, sandbox refreshes, Salesforce release evaluation, assigned tickets, data management, etc. Actively participate/lead walk-throughs/demos and reviews with the engineering team.

This position requires 5+ years of experience as a Java developer and 1 or more years' experience in a software development/software engineer configuring and building Salesforce.com solutions. Experience within Salesforce Lightning strongly preferred. Pardot experience preferred. Must be proficient in SQLs and DMLs with Microsoft SQL Server Databases preferred. Proven knowledge of Apex development and Visualforce Page development preferred. Proven knowledge of web services development using restAPI, SOAP services, etc. preferred. Working knowledge of extract, transformation, and load (ETL) tools and other data management tools (including Data Loader) preferred. Understanding of Salesforce governance limits preferred. Experience managing Batch Apex and Scheduled Jobs preferred. Salesforce.com Platform Developer Certification strongly preferred. Java development experience and strong experience developing API's is needed.
