RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is searching for an Oracle HCM Analyst for a client in Irving, Texas (TX). In this role you will primarily provide functional and technical design, direction and support to the Corporate HR and Benefits/401k functions. You will also contribute to the functional and technical implementation of existing and new Oracle HR, Benefits, Payroll, and related 3rd party applications.
Responsibilities Include:
Oracle HCM Analyst will be responsible for functional and technical support to the corporate HR, benefits, and payroll functions
Provide primary support for open enrollment and carry out configuration changes for benefits plan requirements
Support and troubleshoot all integrations to and from Oracle HCM
As an Oracle HCM Analyst, you will analyze, design, and develop solutions for enhancements to Oracle HCM
Documentation and training to end user groups on existing functionality and newly developed enhancements
QA services and regression testing for all applicable Oracle HCM patches and upgrades.
Oracle HCM Analyst works with corporate HR and Benefits vendors to support the vendor interface files
Documents and communicates functional and technical requirement specifications for system enhancements and reporting/data needs to IT development team
Provides quality assurance and testing on newly developed customizations and reports before deploying to the user group
Oracle HCM Analyst develops ad-hoc reports, data extracts, etc. to meet one-time or continuing business needs using available tools (BI Publisher, Oracle Reports, EiS, Toad, etc.)
REQUIREMENTS:
4-year degree, Information Systems or HR degree/background preferred
7+ years of total experience
2+ years of experience implementing and/or supporting applications like Oracle HCM, Workday, Peoplesoft, Lawson or similar applications preferred
Experience with the following Oracle modules: HCM and Benefits/401K
Oracle modules: HR, Self-Service HR, Performance Management and Workforce Compensation
HR background/experience
Oracle Development
SQL knowledge; Techno-functional skills preferred
