About This Role

The Product Marketing Manager will serve as a key player in building the messaging and marketing strategies that will differentiate Epsilon Data offering in the market.

This position is responsible for defining, delivering, and adjusting (as needed) product marketing plans that combine an in-depth understanding of the assigned products and/or services and market conditions, including the competitive landscape and target audiences. This position interacts with Product Management and Sales to ensure that all product positioning and marketing materials are appropriately aligned. In addition, they will be providing content to be included in the marketing programs for each of our channels.

The candidate must have a proven ability to develop solid go-to-market strategies, product positioning and value propositions, sales and marketing collateral, thought leadership content and sales training materials. You will be working in a collaborative environment to develop top tier messaging to our prospect and clients.

We’re looking for someone with inspiring, innovative ideas and the ingenuity to bring those ideas to life that will be used to promote and sell our products.

Principle Duties And Responsibilities

  • Serve as the liaison between Product, Sales, and Marketing to plan and implement new product launches as well as develop effective value propositions for existing products to keep our market messaging fresh and stress our differentiated capabilities.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for Epsilon Data products and develop impactful go-to-market strategies that feature product positioning based on specific revenue and profit criteria.
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking, gain customer feedback and gather competitive insights to frame unique selling proposition of our products.
  • Lead efforts on marketing and sales collateral, from presentations, one-sheets, case studies, FAQs, data or feature/benefit sheets, infographics, thought leadership content such as blogs, various client communication pieces, social media updates and web content.
  • Provide product positioning training and materials for the Sales team and Account Managers, including standardized sales presentations, scripts, etc
  • Collaborate with Marketing leadership, product managers and each of our channels to develop annual marketing plan.
  • Help establish and maintain consistent corporate brand image throughout product lines, promotional materials and events.
  • Create and manage marketing creative request tickets within Workfront, our marketing project management tool
  • Be flexible and assist on a variety of other areas that are crucial to the success of the programs we develop.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a 4 year college or university.
  • 5 - 7 years; strong product marketing background in marketing tech domain.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work with and present to all levels and functions of the organization.
  • Proven record of translating and articulating complex concepts into simple and clear messages.
  • An engaging, outgoing personal styleenjoy working on a team and supporting a talented, fun group of marketing professionals.
  • The ability to project manage with remote contributors and stakeholders efficiently and effectively.
  • Creative, resourceful, results oriented and collaborative team player.
  • Highly organized with good follow through capabilities.
  • Tenacious, energized, curious and enthusiastic self-starter; ability to be flexible and multi-task.

Experience

  • Marketing experience in a fast-paced, tech environment
  • Market research and competitive analysis
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Workfront or SFDC experience beneficial
