This role contains not a lot of coding. This is a Lead level role and the person is expected to do a lot of code revise and oversee the entire process.
AWS cloud expose is important as well as trouble shooting experience.
Service now is good to have but it's not a deal breaker. It's not mandatory.
Essentially looking for a Lead level candidate who will manage the internal system and teams and also take client calls in the system and translate it to the team.
Someone who is a liaison between business and development and has experience with CICD pipelines.
