Job Summary:
The Business Analyst is a strategic professional who will closely document the processes of Marketing Campaigns across US Consumer Marketing while reporting the Product Owner of the Agile Scrum Team. Excellent communication & listening skills required in order to understand the complexity of cross-functional teams working together to plan and execute various ECM & ACQ Campaigns. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas of the organization.
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for documenting all processes in Visio (high-level) and in very specific detail using a pre-defined Excel spreadsheet.
Awareness of Agile technology methodology, marketing & automated workflow tools is preferred.
Collaborate with process owners to define the requirements into Visio flows
Document & Own Visio & Excel files tied to each program being on-boarded to Aprimo
Support project management and roadmap documentation
The Development Business Analyst is responsible for being the liaison between stakeholders and works to identify gaps in system functionality for new and existing clients, providing their findings as problem/solution specifications to the Custom Report Development team to create one-off client solutions. They will also be responsible for communicating those solutions to the product group for potential enhancements to the platform.
