Job Description:

The Quality Data Analyst is a key role working within the CSS Quality team. This person will work with cross-functional teams across CSS and with CSS stakeholder organizations to effectively manage and deliver on Insights & Analytics, operations and transformation for the Quality Team. You will be responsible for executing on business objectives through analytical modelling, consulting leadership and area/field leadership thereby creating transparency around insights & analytics initiatives through a rhythm of the business (ROB). You will execute on the detailed implementation, and support of analytical models, tools and techniques including process changes that are part of this program and ensuring that results are sustainable.

We are looking for a talented and motivated analytics professional who can build predictive models and solve a wide variety of predictive analytics problems - all with the goal of providing actionable insights into business processes and customer experience. You will contribute to continuing the Quality team's progress toward being a recognized hub for forward thinking in the field of advanced data analytics through Quality. The team consists of experts in Six Sigma, LEAN, TSIA, Sentiment Analytics, Process Mapping, Running Quality Program.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Build and develop analytical models working alongside a strong team of Leads, Quality Consultant, Analysts, to deliver priority outcomes in alignment with the strategic roadmap for CSS and let the data lead to identify Quality Improvement.
• Engage broadly with our CSS stakeholder teams to frame, structure and recommend prioritized opportunities based on customer sentiment and ROI/
• Be able through data analytics predict customers' next issues to solve them proactively
• Building simulations to test and optimize processes resulting in improved experiences for customers
• Design and analyze efficient experiments and opportunities (reduce variation, run SpK (statistical process control) measures)
• Proactively identifying service and quality issues before customers realize there is a problem
• To be successful in the role, the candidate should have good problem-solving skills, proficiency in SQL and Excel (technical skills) & have sound communication skills.
• Since the role involves interaction with global team, the candidate should be open to attending evening calls (time zone flexibility).
• The requests involve translating business requirements into SQL queries & finally presenting the information in Excel, Excel Pivots, Power BI - other presentation tools.
• The candidate should be able to communicate his findings w.r.t to the report & end stakeholders
• At minimum candidate should able to write solid SQL syntax, concepts on joins, how to join queries, read tables, keep things clean and organized at code level etc. Core understanding of SQL and cleanliness of writing SQL queries are essential.
• The candidate should be able to communicate his findings with reference to the report & end stakeholders
• Support process design and proof of concept through implementations defining baselines and measuring impact

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
• 5+ years of analytical hands on experience across Regression, Statistical Process Control, Non-Linear Time Series. Text mining, Hypothesis testing, Optimization techniques, Correlation Techniques and running Regression Analytics (to determine influence drivers of problems).
• Proven track record of delivering highly-scalable and reliable outcomes through multiple cycles of analytics and ensure sustainability
• Experience on Microsoft BI stack including experience in SQL, MDX, DAX, M language, Minitab, Sigma XL, Power Bi or similar languages.
• Basic knowledge about Python, R, XML is an additional asset.
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills. Ability to tell the data story and convince other strong personalities of their ideas and work with many partners in solving a problem.
• Candidate should have a strong analytical background with emphasis on Continuous Quality Improvement.

OTHER SKILLS:
o Excellent written and oral communication skills, particularly the ability to synthesize complex issues/scenarios into easy-to-understand concepts and present findings of research in easy to understand
o An attention to detail with self-discipline and a drive for results
o Demonstrated ability to work in ambiguous situations and across organizational boundaries.
