JOB DUTIES:
The Individual must have superior program & project management capabilities, and the ability to bridge teams through the use of collaboration. As a key member of the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) team, this resource will be responsible for coordinating resources to quickly assess and address risks associated with customer complaints related to treatment of CCPA. Performs Program Management/Scrum Master activities such as chartering, road mapping, user story grooming, iteration planning, and retrospectives as well as implementation activities. Exhibit excellent meeting facilitation skills, including the ability to produce appropriate meeting documentation and follow-up on any open items resulting from the meeting. Develop process and procedure documentation as needed.
This role would also handle any other incidents requiring immediate action deemed necessary by internal Privacy, GTS, Legal or other Senior Management. The resource will be on point to triage and troubleshoot issues or incidents raised as a result of systems or processes/procedures not working as expected, in an agile and efficient manner. In addition, the resource will need to possess technical acumen and database knowledge to assist with If needed, the resource will coordinate work activity with both internal cross-functional resources as well as any potential Third-Party vendors if their System of Download (SOD) is having issues or has not been integrated.
In addition, the resource will be responsible for planning and project management of the resolution of any of the action plans that result from the issue evaluation. The lead will ensure the team functions as a unit and leverage the strengths and knowledge of the different groups that are part of the Operations team.
They will serve as the point person for remediation, questions, and status and will also be responsible for formulating executive communications and briefs to appropriately measure and communicate the risks associated with incidents as needed.
MUST HAVE SKILLS:
• 5 Years Technology Experience (Development, Integration, Infrastructure, Application, Security)
• Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal/Written)
• Experience leading, developing and working with cross functional teams
• Experience in facilitating meetings (calls/WebEx/in-person), stating goals & objectives; driving team members to meet those goals and objectives; tracking for all open actions throughout the lifecycle
• Experience providing status to C-level executives
• Experience with Collaboration Tools such as Google Drive, MS Word, MS PPT, MS Project and MS Excel skills
• Project Management Experience
• Technical Writing Skills
• Business Requirements Definition

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:
