Work across the enterprise to identify and deliver technology solutions that improve operations and provide outcomes that exceed customer expectations, while achieving value as identified by the organization. Drive the architecture, engineering and integration decisions while proactively identifying and removing roadblocks that may impair the team’s ability to meet their goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • As VOC, translate the technical solution to the business stakeholders
  • Become an SME on the organization to understand the multiple needs and activities of the organization
  • Elicit, translate, and document the solution requirements in user stories
  • Clarify the acceptance criteria and appropriate testing scenarios
  • Perform process re-engineering
  • Train users including the development of training documentation
  • Maintain application documentation such as data flow, process flow, etc…
  • Build and maintain a long term roadmap of initiatives supporting the application lifecycle of systems owned by the business stakeholder
  • Understand the technical roadmap, communicate the vision and assess projects for their business value and level of effort
  • Perform application functional and technical design
  • Utilize problem solving, analytical, and technical skills to effectively design and ensure the proper implementation of initiatives
  • Ensure the business needs and requirements are being accurately addressed during the development stage of the project
  • Troubleshoot IT Requests along with developers to identify potential root causes of user reported bugs
  • Analyze functional and logical data models
  • Coordinate QA, IT testing and user test plans for applications including testing scenarios and scripts

BACKGROUND
  • Solid background in solutions integration, software development and product management.
  • Experience in project and/or quality management and methodologies.
  • Experience with Scrum methodology, preferably PSM, PSPO certified.
  • Solid experience with full software development lifecycle projects from definition to implementation
  • Software development experience, preferably in an object-oriented language
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) certification from a qualified institution
