The primary responsibilities of the HOUSEKEEPER is the upkeep of each apartment building in order to enhance and maintain its appeal.The HOUSEKEEPER will also assist the rest of the employees, as directed, in their efforts to manage the property in an efficient manner.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE/SAFETY
1) Check and clean inside and outside mats to ensure no trip hazard exists and in good condition
2) Clean and maintain interior of common area windows
3) Inspect boiler and laundry room daily for any leaks or safety issues.
4) Inspect stairs and carpet for trip hazard and in good condition
GENERAL
1) Clean the office, clubhouse, restrooms and other common areas on a daily basis
2) Clean and maintain models and/or target units on a daily basis.
3) Clean all vacant apartments as directed by the Manager or Assistant Manager
4) Keep all vacancies and hallways fresh and odorless.
5) Assist Maintenance and Groundskeeper
6) Perform additional duties requested by the Manager or Assistant Manager.
7) Inform management of supply needs on a weekly basis.
