We are not in a rush to fill position, but looking for the right person to replace our current foreman as transitions to a another position within the company.
Hiring experienced tree care Foreman. MUST be both, Bucket Truck Operator and Tree Climber. Must meet the following requirements:
-MUST HAVE 4 years Foreman experience (NO LESS)
-MUST HAVE Valid TX DL (CDL) or be able to acquire CDL within 3 months (paid by company)
-MUST HAVE experience working around high voltage utility wires
-MUST be a skilled tree climber with technical rigging skills, moderate to fast speed with ability to limb walk comfortably, must possess tree pruning skills and general tree knowledge
-MUST be experienced with chainsaw and wood chipper operations and maintenance
-MUST be able to lead a crew, plan, brief crew on projects/safety, read maps, use GPS systems and communicate effectively with company staff and customers
-MUST Work Safe, Enforce Safety, know proper pruning techniques and make on the spot corrections as necessary
-MUST track hours, production, etc
Position is in Killeen area.
