Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support
Perform general clerical duties, maintain computer and manual filing systems, assist with
data entry
Answer phone calls and direct phone calls
Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and correspondence
Experience:
Previous experience as an assistant or in a similar administrative role is highly preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat and Bluebeam
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
