Apartment Community in Killeen, Texas is seeking an experienced Maintenance technician for immediate hire. Benefits include discounted apartment as a technician who can live on-site is required.
Requirements
Successful candidates will meet the following requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent. College or some college preferred.
Candidates should be HVAC certified and a Certified Pool Operator.
Minimum 3 - 5 years' verifiable multifamily experience at a property 50 units or larger.
Experience with electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, exterior and interior renovations preferred.
Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
Must be able to live on-site in apartment in Killeen.
