Role: Installation Helper
Reporting Line: General Manager, Cosentino Center

At Cosentino (www.cosentino.com) we are looking for an Installer Helper to join our Fabrication Center located in Stone Systems of Austin
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
At the direction of the Installation Supervisor and the Lead Installer, the Associate Installers role is to aid in the installation of our counter-tops, tiles or various application to produce the best quality of work and in accordance with the project design and specifications.
Job Expectations
Ensure all products are installed efficiently and on time as per installation drawings
Transfer tools, parts, equipment, and supplies from the shop to the job area
Check orders and documents related to the installation before arriving to the location
Load jobs in the truck and carrying them to the customers location
Perform basic installation methods with supervision.
Report and monitor order changes
Inspect every job at the shop to ensure that meets our quality standards to get highest scores from customers.
Follow the installation process, construction environment and safe work practices
Read and interpret architectural blueprints
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
EXPERIENCE
Required
2+ years of experience with installations of solid surfaces and counter- tops
Desired
2+ years in the Stone Industry
EDUCATION
Required
High School Diploma/GED
KNOWLEDGE
Required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Bilingual English/Spanish
SKILLS
Required
Ability to multi task and work in an extremely fast paced environment
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Able to use power tools effectively
Ability to lift and carry up to 75lbs.
Able to ready a measuring tape accurately
