We are hiring a Customer Success Manager with 3+ year experience of working with enterprise accounts to help resolve complex problems. This role will be assigned a set of primary accounts that they will work with key stakeholders to maintain a plan that attains revenue growth and avoids churn. It will require critical thinking to identify solutions needed in the accounts. This is a full-time, hybrid opportunity with the company headquartered in Irving, TX.
