Horn Solutions is partnered with an innovative software company in the transportation/logistics space. We are hiring a Customer Success Manager with 3+ year experience of working with enterprise accounts to help resolve complex problems. This role will be assigned a set of primary accounts that they will work with key stakeholders to maintain a plan that attains revenue growth and avoids churn. It will require critical thinking to identify solutions needed in the accounts. This is a full-time, hybrid opportunity with the company headquartered in Irving, TX.

Responsibilities
  • Create strategic account plans in Salesforce
  • Lead business reviews internally and externally
  • Track and monitor KPI's with clients
  • Work with strategic account managers to identify growth
  • Escalate ticket resolution in a timely manor
  • Document account activity through CRM platform
  • Forecast revenue for primary accounts

Minimum Qualifications
  • 3+ years CSM experience
  • 3+ years supply chain/logistics experience preferred
  • Proven ability to lead and facilitate customer meetings and workshops
  • Experience working cross-divisionally with teams in a time sensitive manor
  • Accountability
  • Strong communicator
  • Proficient in MS Office
