Desktop Support Technician Location : Lewisville, TX Duration : 6 months plus ongoing contract extensions (Shift)Friday-Monday)8 hours on Friday and Monday (8:00AM 6:00PM)12 hours Saturday and Sunday (6:00AM-6:00PM). Description: Will handle desktop issues (printers, keyboards, printers). Will need to ticketing. They will also handle walk up issues. The Desktop Technician job family is responsible for diagnosing and resolving all desktop support issues. This position is also responsible for the implementation of installations and upgrades for software and hardware. This position also provides technical instruction to others. Windows 10LinuxMac Great to have peripheral experience.
