Need a cook willing to lead a team producing a consistent Cajun fare. (Five days a week, or weekends, or Friday, Saturday, Sunday) (hours 11-8 or 9, or anything specific) 3 years experience preferred. Salary commensurate with experience and food quality.
Have current menu and am open to suggestions for changes.
