Job Description:
The role of the Kitchen Manager is to oversee operations concerning food execution, quality and appearance. The KM is responsible for managing daily preparations, new hire cook training, galley execution, BOH scheduling, such that all policies and procedures are in compliance . The Kitchen Manager is the leader of the kitchen supervision team, he/she is responsible to affect all of the above threw excellent communication with all BOA team members and the GM.
