Hiring maintenance position on a well established apartment property. Must be experienced in plumbing, painting, minor electrical. Must be physically able to move appliances upstairs. Responsibilities include make readies, work orders, and grounds. Pool/HVAC experience a plus. Must have own vehicle, preferably a pick up. Will be on call for after hours emergency calls.
