Gladden Lawn and Landscape is hiring for lawn/landscape crew. We are a professional company and expect our employees to have clean appearance and professional attitude. This is a full time position averaging 45 hrs. a week with a M-F 7:30-6:00 schedule. We do not work weekends. Part time applicants are considered with a minimum of 20 hrs. a week (ability to work full days preferred). Must be able to pass drug screening and have reliable means of transportation to work daily.
Job duties include:
-Completing duties as instructed by crew foreman
-Operating various lawn equipment efficiently and safely
-Performing specific lawn maintenance tasks of mowing, edging, weedeating, hedge and tree pruning.
-Must be able to lift at 50 lbs.
-Ability to work outside during adverse weather conditions
-Maintain high quality required by high end commercial and residential properties
This is not a seasonal position. We keep our employees year-round. We offer opportunities for advancement, paid holidays vacation, and sick time after 90 days. Pay is $11-14 / Hr. depending on experience.
