Summer Place Apartment is searching for a Lead Maintenance person that has experience in HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, pool maintenance or daily operations for a pool, make readies, painting experience. Must be a team player with a great attitude.Must have own tools and a pickup truck to pick up parts or appliances. Must be able to be on call every other weekend. Must be able to work overtime if needed.
