Grassano Properties is looking for an experienced maintenance technician for our property at Lynnwood Townhomes. We are looking for someone certified with HVAC systems, Plumbing, and electrical is a plus. Pay will be based strictly on experience and certifications. Must have maintenance technician background and know how to do general repairs.
Examples of repairs are:
Toilet issues, kitchen sinks, leaks, water heater issues, heating/air conditioning issues, appliance issues, how to change out fluorescent lights, sheet rock repair, painting, changing out locks. etc
For anything you do not know how to do we will gladly train you however we would like you to have some experience.
