A full time Assistant maintenance technician needed for a 175 unit multi family property. Must be HVAC certified. Duties include but are not limited to:
Making apartments ready for move in; painting/ construction/ plumbing/ electrical etc.
Picking up grounds.
Assisting lead maintenance in maintaining the property.
Work orders.
