What you'll achieve

As a Content Advisor on the Product Management team, you will be responsible for developing content that expresses Modern Computing Solutions Group suite of products. The story and boards you craft will bring life to our product offerings. Bring your creative vision and be on the leading edge of delivering innovative and delightful customer experiences that drive outcomes and value for our customers.

You will:

• Develop and present end-to-end content and stories on our customers experiences
• Summarize key findings into compelling stories and visuals
• Create, present and communicate visually the customer experience to internal stakeholders, including executive leaders

Essential Requirements

• Requires 5+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 3+ years with a Master's degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent experience
• Design, conduct, and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to aide in developing journey maps, wireframes and use cases
• Experience developing and delivering visual presentations or demos to executive audiences
• Excellent at visualizing experiences, synthesizing insights, and storytelling especially from our end users' perspective
• Demonstrated ability making data-driven business decisions

Desirable Requirements

• Experience in Design frameworks such as Design Thinking.
• Creating storyboards in Figma
