Onin Staffing is currently recruiting for an experienced Accounting Clerk for a financial institution in the greater McAllen area.
The Accounting Clerk will be responsible for:
- Preparing analysis reports on weekly and quarterly basis.
- Preparing accounting journal entries and ensures accuracy on processed transactions.
- Works with outside vendors to clear outstanding balances.
- Accounts Payable to include invoices , Inputting all data into the system.
Qualifications:
- Knowledgeable with all applications of accounting principles.
- Must know all laws /regulations
- Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- 3 years of recent work experience with Accounting procedures
- Proficient with Spreadsheets
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
