Description/info of Job:
Business hours are 9am-5:30pm Monday- Friday
Weekends off (only on call in case of emergency)
Marketing, Flyering, Advertise units, Leasing Apartments
Collect rent on a monthly basis and handle late payments in a timely manner
Maintain property by addressing tenant complaints
Completing repairs and tenant maintenance repairs when requested
dealing with different contractors and vendors
Training will be minimum 1 week
Qualifications:
Must pass background and credit check
Must have customer service experience
