Customer Sales Rep / Server
We are seeking individuals with a background in ACTIVE Customer service preferably from the Hospitality, Restaurant, and/or Barista fields. Our main goal is to find motivated healthy, driven individuals who are looking to transform their own people skills and previous customer service experiences into a new and promising career with a great company that helps people lose weight, change their health and lives from the inside out.
This position will be tasked with various responsibilities as it pertains to sell our meal programs, our retail meals a la carte, serve and make coffee, build protein shakes from a recipe book, make drinks, and even at times help out topping our exclusive protein desserts. This job is half server, bar back, and a sales representative for our various amount of health products, and signature company meal programs. There is no other company like us!!! They are expected to provide an exceptional level of customer service to current, former, and prospective customers by informing them of new program options and promotions that the store is pushing. They will answer questions, provide information and resolve any problems that may be related to our food and plans but most importantly, they must be motivational towards clients, and provide a peaceful and fun and light hearted environment. Individuals will utilize their strong interpersonal skills to create a rapport with customers, potentially leading to long term relationships and improved customer retention.
Requirements:
Qualified candidate(s) should have one plus years of customer service experience or server experience in the Restaurant or Barista industries. They must also possess the ability to work well in a team environment, possess a positive attitude, and have the desire to become the best at what they do.

Compensation: $8.50-$11.00/hr
