Reports to: General Manager
Responsible for set up, maintenance, cleanliness and breakdown breakfast and social
Primary Responsibilities:
Meal preparing
Sets up Dinner food, beverages and supplies prior to and keep stocked during dinner and social hours
Greet and interact with Hotel Guests on a regular basis in a polite, friendly, professional manner.
Wash dishes and clean kitchen area
Set up meeting rooms, provide food, coffee, cookies as needed and required
Taking inventory of food, beverages and supplies needed for each day
Ordering or purchasing food supplies
Clear tables and offer assistance to Hotel Guests as needed.
Keeps tables and chairs clean.
Keeps walls, doors, and floors clean.
Breakdown/clean up area after service has ended.
Restock and prepare for next day of service.
Performs other services or duties as requested by the Manager
Listening and responding to guests' requests and complaints
Weekends Friday, Saturday, Sunday from 5:00AM to 12PM
