Description
⢠Provide accurate repair/maintenance estimates
⢠Adhere to service policies on vehicle care and operation
⢠Inspect repair quality and ensure all work is completed in a timely manner
⢠Fairly dispatch internal work
⢠Follow up on each repair keeping the pre-owned manager informed of progress, repairs and associated costs
⢠Keep service manager informed of all issues that do, or may arise, and act as the liaison between Sales and Service
⢠Utilize dealer software to track and update vehicle progress and repairs
⢠Write PDI, distribute work to technicians
⢠Process sublet PO's and detail work on new and pre-owned vehicles
⢠Book Repair Orders
⢠Properly closing tickets
⢠Update all internal tickets in Axcessa daily
⢠Check on technicians
⢠EOD report
⢠Be organized, Be on time, PositiveCompensation:
