Express Employment is NOW accepting applications for a Sales Associate/Device Technicians in the Pharr area
Pay Rate: $9.00
Job duties and Responsibilities:
Welcomes customers by greeting them; offering them assistance.
Directs customers by escorting them to racks and counters; suggesting items.
Advises customers by providing information on products.
Helps customer make selections by building customer confidence; offering suggestions and opinions.
Processes payments by totaling purchases; processing checks, cash, and store or other credit cards.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Minor cell phone, tablet and other devices repairs as needed (training provided)
Qualifications:
H.S. diploma/equivalent 3-6+ months customer service experience preferred
Demonstrated technical aptitude.
Excellent communication and customer service skills; strong customer service focus
This position requires the employee to regularly use hands to handle or touch electronic products.
Basic electrical experience preferred.
