Seeking experienced PHC Coordinator for PHC company with job requirements as follows: Responsibilities include, but not limited to: performing tasks such as recruiting and placing attendants in client's homes, and addressing client concerns; Communicating heavily both in writing and by phone with clients, referral sources, doctor's offices, employees, applicants, Data Entry; Problem Solving; Maintaining a positive working relationship with referral sources; Maintaining outstanding customer service; Monitoring and tracking program authorizations; Maintaining all quality assurance aspects of the PHC program including timely completion of paperwork, communications and all other program regulations. Working knowledge of Vesta preferred. Two years of college in health care related field preferred OR two years of PHC experience in the health care field; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Positive attitude; Ability to work independently; Compassion for working with the aged and disabled. Must have a verifiable work history with good references. Must pass criminal background check.
