General maintenance at a Senior Citizens Community. Responsibilities would include mowing grass, weed eating, street cleaning, and general labor related to water and sewer services. Experience in Pool Maintenance is a plus. The applicant must be able to pass a background check, possess a Texas Driver's license and a team player. Starting wage is $12.50 per hour to start with advancement possibilities commensurate with performance. Must have your own dependable transportation. References would be appreciated.
