Job Duties: Must maintain Current storage facility, future expansions, and other investment properties. Mowing the lawn, cleaning streets, minor street repairs, cleaning storage curtains, roofs, inside of storages must be broom clean and customer ready. The employee must also learn to use excel and storage/U-haul renting software. The employee will need a vehicle will need to go to local stores to pick up equipment and repair supplies. The employee will also at times be required to hand out promotional flyers.
Bilingual preferred
All proper documentation is required if hired.
Payment is made by direct deposit will require IBC bank account.
