1. Receptionist Job Duties:
Answer phone calls, determine nature of business, and direct callers to destination.
Take messages.
Keep visitor sign-in log.
Receive and process courier deliveries.
Send email messages to internal employees.
Perform light data entry, typing, or filing.
Perform a variety of clerical duties and other duties pertinent to the establishment.
Schedule appointments or call to confirm appointments
Pay Rate: $9.00 - $9.50/hr
Schedule: Monday Friday 8:00 am 5:00 pm
2. Bookkeeper Job Duties:
Record transactions as they occur
Classify transactions by kind
Show profit and losses
Reflect the financial condition of the bank
Requirements:
High School Diploma
Previous experience with Bookkeeping
Bachelor's Degree is a plus
Pay Rate: $11.00/hr
Schedule: Monday Friday 8:00 am 1:00 pm
3. Bank Teller Job Duties:
Provides account services to customers by receiving deposits and loan payments
Records transactions by logging cashier's checks, traveler's checks
Reconciles cash drawer by proving cash transactions; counting and packaging currency and coins
Maintains customer confidence and protects bank operations by keeping information confidential.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
