The role of the Agency Growth and Development Specialist is responsible for helping to devise, design & integrate agreed strategies to support overall successful implementation of FHD's Strategic vision. This includes defining the requirements of such projects or programs, and communicating them clearly to stakeholders, facilitators and partners. Train in a motivational way that enthuses and encourages application of skills, knowledge and positive mental attitude through the education of Sales Professionals and Agency Builders in the structure of Sales, Sales Leadership, Training and Development.
