Bilingual Agency Growth & Development Specialist (14059)
The role of the Agency Growth and Development Specialist is responsible for helping to devise, design & integrate agreed strategies to support overall successful implementation of FHD's Strategic vision. This includes defining the requirements of such projects or programs, and communicating them clearly to stakeholders, facilitators and partners.
Train in a motivational way that enthuses and encourages application of skills, knowledge and positive mental attitude through the education of Sales Professionals and Agency Builders in the structure of Sales, Sales Leadership, Training and Development.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities;
Support the deployment of Mobile Technology Initiative to include CRM / Leads
Assist with the business case of appropriate projects
Implement ABM - Agency Builder Model and further embed Career Track
Act as Auxiliary trainer for Sales Academy Mobile /C2C / B2B
Contribute to the ongoing evolvement of Training and Leadership Programs
To effectively provide updates to senior management of highlights & negative exceptions with recommendations & remedial actions.
To embed FHD's Vision into the organization
To coach, assist, train & monitor on agreed initiatives of the company
Implement Training & Development programs & measures for effectiveness on an ongoing basis & evaluate against the programs objectives
Work with the business to identify people potential within each division at all levels.
Aid Recruiting initiatives upon request.
Take on other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
