Required Skills:

  • Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro

  • MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Typography, layout, composition, and color theory principles

  • Brand identity systems and their application

  • Organization, time-management, and problem-solving skills; high attention to detail

  • Apply design methods and strategies to support and strengthen key messages

  • Design new, innovative and effective brand experiences under direction from creative leadership

  • Contribute ideas and expertise through the marketing process from conception to implementation

  • Assist creative leadership in reviewing work and provide feedback to other team members

  • Train less tenured team members

  • Work effectively and efficiently on multiple projects at once in a deadline-oriented environment

  • Participate during periodic design brainstorming sessions, grow collaboratively with team members


Clear verbal and written communication skills

Required Experience:

  • Degree in graphic design or equivalent experience

  • New employee: 6+
