Description As a Corporate Training Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating, developing, and delivering training solutions, including fundamental to advanced leadership development, change management, operational excellence, organizational and team effectiveness, and other related topics. In addition to facilitating live and virtual courses, you will have the opportunity to develop outlines, course content, and participant workbooks. In this role, you will be responsible for: Designing, developing, and delivering organizational training programs at various levels throughout the organization. Developing engaging content for the corporate training newsletter using creative writing and detail oriented communication skills. Working closely with the communications team to design and produce clear, engaging, and meaningful content to promote specific training opportunities. Maintaining training documentation and records through our Learning Management System. Serving as a liaison between external partners and the organization to help coordinate training. Collecting and evaluating feedback from attendees to assess the effectiveness of existing training programs and make updates to content based on analysis. Qualifications BA in Communications, Organizational Leadership, Organizational Development, or similar degree Experience in learning and development or talent management Experience in professionally facilitating programs for small and large audiences preferred Knowledge of organizational leadership and development theories and models Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities Demonstrate experience collecting and researching data and using intuition and experience to complement data Ability to express ideas and thoughts in written and verbal form, exhibit exceptional listening and comprehension and select and use appropriate communication methods Requirements Employee Training, Employee Training, Instructor-Led Training, Provide Training, Refresher Training Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
